✔️ We learned about the DISC method and worked in teams to apply their knowledge in practice.
Our specialists didn’t just listen — they took action. And now they have an even better understanding of how to find the right approach for each customer.
It was dynamic, fun, and extremely useful!
We completed this training in the summer, and then had several months to consolidate the material and apply new skills in our daily work with clients.
In September, we met again to summarize the results, share experiences, and exchange practical insights.
